I contacted I.T. First Aid and worked with D'rcy Bromley after I accidentally wiped both my external harddrive storage and my computer storage at the same time. I was in a bit of a panic and D'rcy was able to respond quickly to my call and went above and beyond to help recover my lost data. He was successful at recovering most of my files from the harddrive, but he also helped speed up my laptop and answered other I.T. questions I had as he is very knowledgable on the subject. Throughout the process he was always very friendly and eager to help with any questions I had. Would highly recommend!
