Doctors are really nice but one of the staff not so much. I swear she thinks she is an army seargent. No compassion...just busy shouting rules & regulations.

Dr. Rafid Mahdi is all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has been my primary care physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue including my recent diagnosis with CLL. He is an incredible human being… The office staff have bent over backwards to assist me, they are wonderful, polite and efficient. I strongly feel that Dr. Rafid Mahdi is sort of the ideal of a family doctor. He genuinely cares, he is professional and he makes an investment in the health and well being of his patients. Unprofessional on the pharmacy's side atleast. Openly telling everyone in store my prescription by blurting it across the store. Questioning me on the prescription that was faxed too them when i had went to pick it up. Questioning me on what my doctor had prescribed to me over the phone when they had already received the fax and hadnt bothered to make up my prescription. Why would i care or remember what my doctor had prescribed to me for strep throat and faxed to you. I just want my medicine. Used to use because it was close and convenient. No longer because of snobby attitude.
Worst worst worst pharmacy. Poor customer service do not understand customers pain. Would never recommend anyone if you really love your health. I have given few chances before writing this review but they do not deserve it.
Dr. Rafid Mahdi is truly a compassionate and knowledgable physician. I am a Chiropractor, and it’s great to come across healthcare providers who are thorough and provide optimal patient centred care. Thank you for your care today. I appreciate it.
