This is the first Google review I ever remember writing. But the service at 4 Seasons has gone so far downhill in the last year that I can't stay silent. The on-site service staff barges into your yard without letting you know they've arrived and don't bother to introduce themselves or take a moment to discuss what it is they're doing at your home. With expensive pool equipment that you own. When you ask to speak about what they're doing they say \we're not allowed to have any interactions with home owners\. I know that the pandemic causes some different business practices. But in the last 4 weeks I've had cleaners, painters, carpet installers, and more go through my house. Every single interaction with those trades started with a polite greeting, a confirmation of what they were going to do in the house, and a pleasant attitude throughout. There's no reason that the staff working for 4 Seasons can't do the same. This isn't an isolated incident. We had the same experience (with the same person) in the spring. I should have known better than to use their services again. I know now for next time. Here's a big warning to others considering using 4 Seasons to perform a task at your home: unless they change their service staff, you don't want to hire them.

I've was a customer of 4 Season Pool & Spa until today, for the last 5 years I've been buying my chemicals and filters for my spa and my pool without any issues. In March of this year with the Pandemic just starting I decided I should stock up on Spa Filters, I had purchase a bunch of filters from the spa manufacturer and for the first time I found myself having to purchase these from them. Unable to find one on the shelf they were able to find a part number that they claim would work in their catalogue so I special order them and I wasn't in a rush since I had just replace them. The filters came in and I pay for them, last week upon replacing my filters I found out that they didn't fit on my hot tub. I tried returning these 3 times, the first two times the employees tried their best and told me that Donna would be the only one able to take care of this. I return today hoping that she would be able to take care of it instead I was told that they couldn't return it because it wasn't in their system, that they change their POS system and that the part number on my receipt didn't match the product part number. Then she had the nerve to accuse me of trying to return a product that I had obviously purchase elsewhere. That when I lost my cool, not proud of what I said but the lack of customer service is ridiculous. It's easy for a business to special order an item, sell under a different part number that is not in their system and then tell the customer that they can't return because the part number don't match. I spent over 2000 dollars with them in the last 5 years, one thing for sure is that they will never get another penny from me.

Such great service!! I called with a bit of a timely issue and received prompt and attentive service! They even came out (I live quite far out) on Thanksgiving Monday and then had to come back again because my cover wasn't useable. I had just bought the property, I knew nothing about pools, was stressed to get it closed so late in the season but maintenance had to be done first. 4 season came through for me with top notch, reliable, prompt service. Which is more than I can say for the \other\ pool maintenance company in the area. ;)

Watch out for in-sincere billing practises, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD #, GO IN PERSON FOR SURE! They went after over 400.00 a month 3 times when I authorized half of that. terrible customer retention, I know unorganized when I see it and this is it. Scott needs to spend more time in his office overlooking operations clearly whoever they have in place now isn’t qualified. Young people behind counter are of no use to retail clients, overbooked, stressed out operation. Sorry guys, after 3 years and far more patience then should’ve been awarded, I have to drop you and label your outfit as an insincere store , I simply don’t trust you guys at all. Beware people, if you chose a summer package, they will overbill you often, then say “ we need to charge you because products already in pool”, doesn’t matter to them if they shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Had same issue last year, year before not so much, multiple stains from 3 years of mixing chemicals over concrete walkway. I asked them repeatedly not to do that, I was speaking to incompetence, nothing changed. I do not recommend this company at all, very shady set up.

We were so pleasantly surprised with their knowledgeable staff, their ability to trouble shoot, their attention to detail and their large selection of in stock items. We would not hesitate to recommend their services, and look forward to using their business for all of our future pool needs.
