Absolutely amazing, a true testament to professionalism, passion and care. A shining gem of what historical sites should be. We love to see it.

Very well done and organized. The staff on board and during the dinner were fantastic. Train Robbery was a lot of fun. Too bad we did not have the steam train because it is going through inspection. Other than that it was an experience for sure. Big Valley had the steam and car show going on and that was fun.

We enjoyed our time on the train. Big Valley tour was great, just small village, but it was raining on that day. The scenery was not great from Stettler to Big Valley. I think we need more time, to visit all the gift shops, that was disappointing. The food was ok but not that great for the money, especially the knives & forks were cheap quality and couldn't cut the roasted beef served. The deserts were just fine and normal. Overall it's ok, but it can be better.

Just did the Teddy Bear train ride and the kids (3 and 6 yrs old) had a great time. Staff were very friendly. Train was very clean. Very well run. Its very cool to be able to traverse all the train cars from front to back. The food for lunch was very well done. The sleepy town of Big Valley had some unique things to check out. The \creation science\ museum was hilariously crazy and definitely the highlight for dad.

Recently we visited Stettler and rode the \Polar Express\ with my family. The experience was enjoyable, magical and exciting for the children. Being an adult though, I could sense some areas where improvement could enhance the overall experience. First, when the cars are filled with people, the sound of music from the speakers is hard to hear when everyone is talking or there are children crying. This is expected, although the reading of the \polar express\ book was nearly impossible to listen too. Second, some of the actors would engage in some conversation that was not directly related to the ride at the time. I was seated at the very front and could hear some conversations that could have been held at a later time. This was happening in between the skits the actors would play. Third, I do find the overall price to be overwhelming for 3 people. It is understandable that the price and cost of running and using a locomotive engine is fairly pricey, more than I could assume. But I paid 40.00 for my 7 month old son, and 70 each for my wife and I. For the experience, I do find the price to be a little much. If I could readjust the price, I would say 140 for 3 people is reasonable. Overall, I may visit again in the future. Unsure as of right now but whatever the wife and kids want is what I will provide! It was a great time either way, just thought a reasonable review was warranted.
