Came to get a screen protector for my phone. Kaylie was extremely friendly and made sure I left happy.

My experience at this store was terrific, staff ensured customer safety through various screening processes and sanitizing procedures. I went in to switch from Rodgers to Telus and the employees made the experience easy and hassle free. Tyrell helped me through various questions,(and believe me I had many) he was very helpful. If I could rate above 5 stars I would. I strongly recommend using this store.
I showed up at St.Thomas Telus location at 2:30 pm on Sunday Nov 29th. I was told l had a 30 min wait and if l minded. I said no l will wait but asked the Telus representative why wait when it appears you have no one in your store. He said they were waiting on another customer to show up. He asked the usual COVID questions, took my phone number and said he would call me in 30 mins. Still waiting at 5pm when l see staff lock the doors at the end of the work day. What a waste of time dealing with St.Thomas Telus store.
Cant complain, its a telus store when you need one
Brutal service. I have a corporate account so I have to go to a location to get a phone. I phoned the number Sunday May 24, on the front door. I was met with sorry you can only come in to fix your phone. I said I needed a new one and they said, 'policy'. I suggested that Bell offered me a crazy deal on my corporate plan and if I was going to be met with this service, I may change to Bell. They said, 'do what you gotta do'. Someone needs to address the poor service at this location.
Most people come in for cell phone repairs so having a phone number to call before you can enter seems fairly ineffective? Saw several people coming in after me have this problem as well. Also corona seems to mean no one has customer service skills which is fun.
The absolute worst experience at this store. If my son didn't need new phone and koodo was open at White Oaks mall definitely wouldn't ever shop here. The service representative job is to sell us a phone and not question why we need one. My son , who works at a retirement home and is essential worker shouldn't have to explain why he wants new phone ( old one not working properly). Do not advertise you are here to help, when your employees do not want to do any work. As we were standing in front of the store 6 people left. Rogers store same capacity as Telus and allowing 3 customers in at a time.
