I was racially discriminated against at this brach while depositing a cheque from my company to my personal account. The bank teller and the manager stated to me twice \You do not look like someone who can afford to deposit this kind of money\. And, they said things like \where did you get the money?\. Excuse me? That's none of your business.

Just went to the bank for the first time since Covid began. I am SO THANKFUL for the system TD has in place to eliminate lines. The staff here is FABULOUS!! So helpful and accommodating. The Covid-19 system is smooth and slick. Thank you for all of your extra efforts to help your customers!! It's very much appreciated - you've gone above and beyond!!

Even pre-covid, this place was slow. Painfully slow. However, the staff have always been very kind and helpful. I just wish they would stop trying to sell me on overdraft protection and various other costly services. I am aware of what I want and I will ask for it, if I need it.
