I’ve been dealing with Justin, he’s easy going and very professional. He has a stoic but welcoming demeanour and the knowledge this place holds in getting you back up and mobile is astounding. I’ve also been dealing with Paige in the aquatic physiotherapy side. The heated indoor pool has been INVALUABLE to my recovery. Paige is very friendly and easy going yet persistent. Her ability to make you feel like you matter as well as the other 4-5 people around you just shows her well rounded abilities as a professional. I feel if you want a solid physiotherapist in St. Thomas, the STEGH division of Talbot Trail Physiotherapy is just perfect! Also reasonably priced!

Most unprofessional business practices. Scheduled a new patient appointment after being referred by the ED physician at STEGH. Scheduled my appointment for 9:30am, was told to arrive at 9:15am to fill out the paperwork. Arrived at the clinic just before 9:15am and was told my appointment was booked for 9am. No reminder calls to confirm appointment and no courtesy call after \missing\ my appointment. Was told \were too busy to be calling every patient\. No sympathy or compassion what so ever.

I want to take the time and thank the staff at Talbot Trail Physiotherapy. last week i was delivering them their new recumbent bike from Fitness Depot when one of their staff noticed i was limping on 1 leg the Physio on staff kindly sat me down looked at my Knee and told me i should have it looked at also recommended a knee sleeve Thanks Again Mike Matous
