Called to order dirt at the beginning of the season. Set my order up over the phone gave my credit card etc, was told the dirt would be put on the truck in the morning. So I figured everything was good to go.... No one showed up, I called back and found out from another guy they had just taking the tarps off and were in fact no where near ready to deliver dirt. He said it would possibly be ready in a couple days, I gave them my number and asked to have a call back when it was actually ready, being a Nurse I am not off right now and have been working crazy hours so I didnt want the dirt to be dumped at the beginning of my 60hr week. No one called back. Today I decided to try again, called in the am but no one answered found dirt somewhere else. They called me back and in the middle of me saying oh sorry, no thank you I'm good, they hung up! Poor customer service for an essential worker just trying to put dirt down on my days off, thanks guys!
Not a huge operation but they've been great me and my wallet! Fair prices on both aggregates and delivery. Since moving to St. Thomas, it's now my go to place to handle a lot of my landscaping needs.
