Olympic size pool, lots of fun for the whole family. Water slides, and inflatables are included in some swims. Baby pool is heated which is soooo nice. Great place to have a childs party as well.

Best pool in the city however the facility is quite old compared to its competitors. Love how there is a Tim Hortons in the entrance

Took the babe for a swim with some friends for their Parent and Baby swim. The water in the baby pool is nice and warm and they all had a great time! Women's change room has two play pens, and multiple baby changing stations.

Too bad that some people are still going in the pool area with their outside shoes... Staff should be more strict on these rules.

"Free" for students; which is a huge motivator to be active and keep your body healthy during your studies, and actually free for seniors. Lane swim, a track, multiple cardio and toning stations; The Works has something for everyone.

The pool is decent but parent viewing areas suck. The faculty gym is inexpensive, but poorly squeezes equipment into awkward spaces. Still, most of the equipment is in great shape, and the staff are good. A decent option for MUN faculty and staff.

Generally a very good facility. I believe it is the largest pool on the island. Some parts of the building are starting to show their age, particularly the change rooms. The building is very well maintained however making the age of the infrastructure much less of an issue. I think it's also time to ditch the Tim Hortons in favor of somthing healthier considering this is a sports and recreation facility. Maybe a Booster Juice?
