We came here to get a new stone in a ring with a lot of sentimental value, after some bad experiences at other stores with new stones falling out shortly after setting. The jeweller was fantastic, he examined the ring and explained why the stone wouldn't stay in the setting and what repair work would need to be done. He also gave us a choice of replacement stones to pick from. Overall we were delighted and the ring has never looked better. Good as we want to keep handing it down the family!

I had work done on 3 rings: a stone replacement; a claw repair; and a small diamond replaced in my 35 year old engagement ring. All work was perfect. I am so impressed with my engagement ring! He repaired the claws, which were very worn down, and rebuilt the gold on the back that had worn very thin. I am so impressed with the job he did. I feel like a young bride every time I look at the ring :D

I have had some beautiful custom work done here in the past. Clearly, very talented jeweller! This time I left three rings for checking and cleaning. I asked the lady how long it would take, she was hesitant, but said Friday or Saturday (which was the next day or the day after)! I hadn't heard from them, so I called the following Monday. Not ready and a very terse, "we will call you when they are ready"! Nothing for the next few days! As I have medical problems and am not able to get out every day, I like to combine my errands. I called a few days later, one of my errand days, and, again, "not ready, we'll call when they are ready!" I explained that I am combining errands, hence, the follow up calls. I called again today, TEN days after I dropped off the rings. Still not ready! MAYBE they can be looked at Tuesday, when the jeweller returns! I went back and retrieved my rings. I will take them elsewhere! I like to support local business, however, I like to be treated as a valued customer also. I believe you have lost a carton when you moved across the Square, it contained your customer service! You might wish to have a look for it! Thank you.

I recently Put my diamond ring in to have the claws on the stones tightened.When ever I have had ring work done in the past at other places they always take a minute after the repair is done to put the ring on a buffing wheel to take out any surface scratches and give it that like new look.NOT HERE . When I got the ring back I think It had more surface scratches than it had when I put It in there. I am not impressed.That is the last penny they will ever make off me. In My World its the attention to detail that makes the difference.
