Based on previous reviews and an interest in trying some authentic Indian cooking we decided to have lunch there. Firstly the place was freezing cold and our table wasn't very clean. It took about 45 minutes to get our meal. Both dishes were quite disappointing. A spicy tofu rice dish which seemed like tofu was deep fried and without any flavor. A rice dish with some bits of beef and beef fat in the middle was uninspiring. A visit to the washroom discovered one of the filthiest facilities ever seen. I would not recommend this place.

Never even realized NJ’s kitchen offers brunch! Timing was right today so we chose some brunch and some lunch. Fantastic and filling! Take homes too. Great separate brunch and lunch menus to choose from! Lots of meat, chicken and vegan choices on both menus. Social distancing well in place here today. As always, a great place to eat.

I like most of their dishes. Their weekly special dishes are really good. Tried their lamb shank and beef ribs, they were delicious. Would recommend if someone wants to get curried. Also the owner Jamil bhai is very accommodating.

We cancelled dine in and ordered take out for a socially distanced work lunch in light of new cases. The food was outstanding! Very generous portions for all our orders; I think we all left with leftovers. Impressively, all the dishes were wonderfully spiced, even the butter chicken. I would definitely recommend for anyone seeking some spiced, flavourful dishes.

A quiet, unassuming spot with an impressive selection of dishes! I had the Beyond Meat curry and absolutely loved it. My husband got the butter chicken (meat) and was also impressed. Can't wait to try their vegan brunch!

The tastiest brunch I've ever had. I ordered the spicy chicken breakfast burrito, and my lovely lady ordered the vegan fish cakes benedict. The chef, Jamil, came out and asked us how our food was, and the server was friendly and recommended these menu items to us. Overall 10/10 experience, a must try if you enjoy Indian cuisine!

I can finally say that I found something in St. John’s that’s better than something I had before... love this place ️

Got the buffet take out. In and out in 5 minutes. Great deal, take as much as you can fit in the box for like 20 tax in! The guy at the counter was super nice and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was delightful. The samosas were the best I ever had. Pretty sure the naan bread is from Costco? Which was a bit disappointing, but still great naan bread. Looked like a nice little place to eat in at too.
