Sales are totally fast to respond and friendly, however once you get past them you’re left in the dark by the finance department who doesn’t respond to your communications. On three separate occasions have been left unanswered by them. Although their vehicles are nice, this leaves a sour taste in your mouth and encourages you to shop elsewhere.
