Great staff and great experience. I can't believe how well I can see! Better than I ever could with glasses or contacts. I was afraid of getting Lasik for a long time before I went in for the consultation but after talking to the staff they were so knowledgeable and sweet I decided to get it done. The procedure was totally painless and maybe took ten minutes. Dr. Jackman has a very calming way about him so I didn't feel too anxious during the procedure. I'm very glad I had it done and I would recommend it to anyone.
Dr. Jackman and ALL of his staff were so wonderful. They explained the entire process of my surgery to me in a way that made me feel so at ease and calm. He talked me through the entire surgery giving me reassuring and encouraging direction so I didn't feel scared. Brianna (one of his assistants) went above and beyond to ensure I was prepared and comfortable both before and after the procedure. I am so thankful to have 20/20 vision for Christmas and the team at Lens & LASIK exceeded my expectations in making this possible! Thank you a million times for being so amazing.

The crew at Lens & Lasik were efficient and helpful as they took me through the process of signing on for my cataract treatment. The measurements were easy and they provided me with all the information I needed. It was a positive experience.
By and large, it was an amazing experience. The staff from the initial phone contact / receptionist all the way to Dr. Jackman were courteous, respectful, and very informative. There were no surprises and they gave every indication that they care deeply for their clients. I would, and have already, recommended them to individuals considering the Lasik procedure.
In February I had cataract surgery performed on both eyes at the Jackman Institute under the professional care of Dr. Chris Jackman. I was very impressed with his incredible skill and very caring way in which I was treated. He made me feel so relaxed and comfortable through the whole procedure. Dr. Jackman has a demeanour about him that is quite evident once you get to meet him. His efficient staff are next to none, they are very informative, knowledgeable and always there to help you with any questions that you may have. His offices are impeccable and presentable and offer a very friendly atmosphere.
