We bought a 2014 sunset trail from islander. We had it in numerous times for various issues including leaks and seal replacement. We came to find out today that we have extensive water damage and possible mould inside the trailer, and islander is claiming it's due to neglect. This trailer was well taken care of by us in the 5 years we owned it! The real issue is that the product is absolute GARBAGE! It's so bad that islander doesn't even carry this trailer anymore which obviously speaks volumes! So now we have a trailer that we still owe 10's of thousands of dollars on, a possible repair bill of 15,000 and the company that sold it to us are saying too bad. DO NOT BUY FROM ISLANDER RV!!

We are delighted with Islander RV. We have owned a beautiful Keystone Bullet 278 since 2012. They handle any parts and service issues quickly. The solar panel keeps two batteries at 12.4. Putting the satellite dish on the roof may have been an error ( on my part) in that sometimes park campsites don't get the site lines to the two satellites used by Bell TV. But I fixed that easily after great advice from Dave Petten and his great team. We highly recommend this dealer.
Horrible service. Too busy for their own competency. Travelled almost 8000 km and needed service. Booked a week in advance and when we brought it in it was there for four days and never touched. Was told that their clients have priority. I highly doubt that their clients get good service as my father is one. I am from NL and am embarrassed for my husband to see people treat each other this way. And then to get attitude from the woman when it's their incompetence....never again.
Well stocked parts department with knowledgeable people ready to help. Prices aren't too bad either.
I have been here twice and never bought anything so i can only speak to the sales staff who were some of the most personable and non-pushy people i have met. If i ever do pull the trigger on an RV these guys will be my first stop.
