It's ridiculous how difficult it is to get through here. Definitely not impressed.

I received a phone call from ENT Consultants on Monday, but no voice mail message left saying who/what the call was for. I have made in excess of 100 return calls but was unable to reach anybody until 5 days later (conveniently there is NO OPTION TO LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE) The Receptionist could not tell me who called, why they called and was impatient and rude. I immediately contacted my family dr who tells me this is unacceptable!! I should have demanded an answer, to forward my complaint to her supervisor and I have now re-booked with my family dr to start this referral process ALL over again ... 18 months of advocating for my own health to get to this point to speak to a woman who was not only unprofessional but lacked the compassion and care I would expect from someone in her position. It's Friday ... I've been calling since 11:50am and just realized they take lunch from 12-1pm and close at 1pm after they've finished eating. "Good Luck Ya'all".., I wouldn't recommend putting your health in these hands at this point that's for sure :(

They really need to fix their phone answering/waiting service. It is impressively annoying.

You couldn't design a more irritating and frustrating answering service if you tried! There is a consistent beeping while you're waiting and an annoying voice repeating the same thing every 30 seconds. I appreciate that your'e busy but do you need to torture your clients with this answering service? Can't you play some calming music while we're waiting on hold?

I have to say trying to get in contact with someone there to make an appointment is absolutely brutal!!! No matter what time I call the phone is always busy! Dr. Chris Drover is awesome but trying to make contact with reception is terrible!!!!
