We were greeted by the lovely Teri, who quickly checked us in and made us feel right at home. Our suite was very beautiful and spacious! The price was so affordable, would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff from the front desk up to the maintenance section. Hotel is right by the pier and docks; expect related sounds for such location. The restaurant has not pages and pages on its menu but has the staples that will please most travellers for all meals. The rooms are cleans and well taken care of by the housekeeping staff. Would return if given the opportunity. Picture is not from the hotel but the park where this was taken from is less than 5 minutes away.

Very clean with polite staff. I had a room overlooking the harbour and it was awesome! The pan fried cod fresh their restaurant was amazing! We return next time I am in St-John’s

Great location, staff friendly, restaurant prices very reasonable. Walking distance to virtually everything downtown... Highly recommend. 4/5 only downside no pool/spa.

staff was awesome only prob is they upgraded our room and put us with no working tvs... when we brought it up they just said thank you for letting us know...

The room was clean and the harbor view was amazing despite the rain. The shower was spacious and beds were quite comfortable. Check-in and checkout were painless and the staff were a pleasure to deal with after a long day of traveling.
