I have nothing but great things to say about the team at BMW St. John's. Absolutely fantastic!! Buying a new car is not something that I personally enjoy doing, I'm not a 'car person' and our recent visit to see them was more of a grudge purchase than anything, as one of our current cars (not a BMW or Mini) had decided it was time, long before its time IMO. Our Sales Consultant Adam Warren was super attentive, patient, honest and worked hard with his team to make the process as smooth and painless as possible, getting us into our new Mini Countryman within 2 days. After we picked up the car, I kinda wished that I needed to buy another... they made it that smooth. Big thanks to the team at BMW Mini St. John's, we really appreciate you going the extra mile for us.

Buying a car can be a very emotional experience. I commend the management and staff for making my very emotional experience a great one and keeping the tears in check. My pathway to St John's BMW was not a straight line. I live in Toronto but have always believed that part of the experience of purchasing a vehicle should be a long drive right away....that way you will know if you are really in love. I purchased a a 2015 Certified Series CPO X3 28d. That was the vehicle I was shopping for nationwide and this is the dealer that won the competition. Price, service, condition and after sales supports is what has kept them winning. I highly recommend you make it to Newfoundland and if you in the market for a vehicle then consider buying from Adam. He is well supported by his boss Serge, the GSM Mark and the very capable General Manager Mark Wilkins. We flew in with our dog and made a journey of it! Stay at the Luxus Boutique hotel, see the local sights and eat the local food. Such a grand island with a car dealer befitting its humble yet modern culture. Don't delay. The dealership made a mistake on the paperwork which omitted the balance on the vehicle I was trading-in. I got a call several weeks after picking up the new vehicle asking me to come and sign new paperwork. At the dealership the blame was shifted to me for trying to pull a fast one. The only solution offered was to add an additional year to the finance agreement which involved an increase in the warranty cost. Things went back and forth and eventually the vehicle was returned, the contract reversed and the vehicle I traded-in was returned. I would have considered keeping the vehicle and attempting to repair my relationship with the dealership. However, the Sales Manager and General Manager accepted no responsibility whatsoever and shifted the blame entirely to me. I was also accused of attempting to take advantage of the situation to gain financially. My only suggestions were to split the difference or for the dealership to take the hit since the onus was on their Salesperson and Business Manager to ensure the paperwork was correct. They offered nothing on their end and in fact when I picked up the vehicle I had traded-in, I barely had enough gas to make it to the closest station. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from VW St. John's and they could not have been more accommodating. I would not recommend BMW St. John's or any other dealership operated by the Capital Group given how they treated me as a result of their mistake.

My experience with BMW St.john’s was exceptional. I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Stephen Tarrant right from the beginning to navigate and check BMW models and available deals. Throughout several discussions and phone calls, Stephen was so professional , friendly and supportive at the same time and didn’t save an effort to check and answer my inquiries and find best solutions which fits me. BMW team are customer focused and the overall experience was really great. I’m Expecting BMW to Maintain that high customer care standard during after sales as well..

I had to help a friend get his car in for service at BMW MINI St.Johns recently. The service advisor staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. It was originally booked in for an appointment at a later date, but they were able to get the car seen to with no notice and have it back to me by end of day. Would really like to thank Melissa in the service department for all the help and such a friendly demeanor on such short notice !

I was at the BMW dealership looking to buy a demo model 2018- 528I X drive it was listed on their website and on Autotrader for 55,500, It was reduce about three weeks ago from 58,800.00, to its current price of 55,500.00 The sales manager made me an offer, he jacked up the list price from 55,500.00 to 57,500.00, he then offered a discount of 2,000.00, then added150.00 and dealer options of 1,483.50 a total price of 57,133.50 before taxes and trade, resulting in costing me 1,878.53 The smoke and mirrors approach were so confusing the salesman dealing with me I felt his embarrassment. Last week a ground cable rusted off my 2013 BMW, the dealership charged me 75.00 for a 4in ground cable. It is obvious BMW has no respect for me as a client and see’s no value in repeat business, I left the dealership and BMW for the last time yesterday. I highly recommend you stay away from this dealership.
