Used them for our new home build! Amazing group to work with. Show up on time with all the tools they need. No complaints at all. Clean clean work.
Excellent service. Got them to come down to see some loose plumbing and they came on time and offered excellent service. Gave me all the information needed to add a cheater vent myself so it wouldn't cost me a fortune, and secured the pipe. They also gave me information on how to fix a concern I had on the basement and offered to come back and do it if I didn't feel confident enough doing it myself. They do not oversell their services and actually try to save you money by still doing things correctly.
Extremely disappointed by the service provided (or not provided) by Frey’s. Frey’s were recommended to myself and 6 other neighbors; we all required connection services from the main water line to our units. The initial visits by Frey’s took a little longer then we had hoped, but they were done and an estimate was promised. Then nothing??? I called Frey’s numerous times and left messages for our service contact. His response was very slow, but no estimate. A few weeks later I ran into him when he was marking where our water lines would need to go, he still had not provided an estimate??? I asked him for an estimate, he verbally gave me a dollar amount. A couple days later I sent him an email asking him to formally provide an estimate, and indicate exactly what work would be done. Well, never heard anything more??? Four months later, we finally have finished our project through someone else, no thanks to Frey’s. My career was in a service industry; and prompt, honest communication was always of prime importance. I found these traits were non-existent with Frey’s.
Heard great things about Frey. They were able to go above and beyond to fix multiple issues on a newly purchased home. Thanks Geoff!! Highly recommend !
