First time using U-Haul. I was very satisfied with the service in store. Friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. The only problem I had was with an e-mail sent to me requesting the truck be returned to the St Catharines site rather than the Welland site. The email stated. That any charges for extra mileage incurred for this would be waived. The associate working could find no record of that email and didn't seem to care for me showing the copy saved on my phone. Not a deal breaker, but that's the reason for the missing star. Again, I am satisfied with the service

This storage place is disgusting - dirty, the foor is uneven, the access to the elevator is through a laneway full of potholes/puddles, garbage- not driveable really (see photos). Who manages this place?! Shocking!
Recently got a cargo van for moving day. Staff was friendly and polite. Was my first time using U-haul, and they made it very easy for me. Will definitely use them again.
I reserved a truck at this location. They moved the reservation to Beamsville at the last minute without notifying me, which messed up my plans for the day. I spoke with two people who were indifferent, which suggests this is business as usual.
