Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I was assured that all staff are covid-19 tested, prior to visiting sites and with all of the services they offered, I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you again to the front office staff!
We used the Hamilton location to move my mom. Great service and value all around. I dealt with The office and they were great and answered my questions and were able to give me a quote over the phone which was accurate to what I actaully paid. The movers who showed up were professional and quick! The move went smoothly. I will be using them again.
Used Two Men and a Truck for my business moving. To make sure everything on plan, I phoned the office and booked the day about two months ahead. First, Cody came in for an estimate, then quote me an 8 hours moving, comes 1300 total estimate. The estimate turned me away at first, because I know it won't take 8 hours to move all my stuff and it's over my budget. After talking to the office again, I understood that it was only estimated as a maximum expectation, it'll go with the actual hour they use. They sent the quote and details to my email, seem professional and reliable, so I decided to choose them. They emailed again to remind couple of days before moving, and showed up on time, 3 young men and a truck. They wrapped all my furnitures carefully so they don't get damaged. They finished all moving within 5 hours, including the trip time. Fair enough. Overall, it's a right decision to choose Two Men and a Truck. They might not be the cheapest, but they are professional and reliable. If you don't want any surprises on your moving day and have the budget, choose them. The office ladies Sarah and Sidney are very nice and professional. I'm happy with their service. Good job guys.
