Bought my first real subie from them in early July 2020. It has been a good 8 months with a beautiful second hand wrx. I've put nearly 20k km's in those 8 months and can fully admit even a used car as been handled properly before it being sold to me. I had a slight few issues including a rattling heat shield and some dry coolant which I thought could've been the head gaskets leaking. I took both of those concerns in straight away about 2 months separate from each other and was not charged either time to inspect and fix both slight and surprisingly small issues. They even gave me a free complimentary shuttle home and back to the dealership. They offer a complimentary wash after each service which even makes it just that much more better of a service. I have found throughout time. Every dealership can possibly be framed for frauds, scammers, and overall just very ignorant people to deal with. But at Subaru Of Niagara they offer some of the best Sales, Customer Service, and service techs that complete their jobs to the up most top standard. Only being 20 years old at the time, they worked very hard and own their own free time to help me achieve my rex which I now love and want to build it more than just the regular rex I received. I recommend if you're looking for your first, second, and/or last car. Make sure it is with Subaru Of Niagara for their upmost quality and service standards in the Niagara region. Once a rumble fan, always a rumble fan.

So far so good. First time there for our fleet car. Very attentive Edit.....I have just driven deliveries through our first snow storm...I have never been more impressed by a car in my life. It's like that car was waiting for this and wanted to prove it's mettle. Boy did it ever. My next personal car will be a Suburu.

I purchased my Crosstrek from Subaru of Niagara a few weeks ago. Gibran was professional and great to work with. I appreciated that he made sure all my concerns were taken care of. I really enjoy driving my Subaru so far, and it's taken me places my previous car could never access. Highly recommended!

I have owned two Subarus in the States prior to my most recent purchase at Subaru of Niagara. I'd been looking for my 3rd Subaru for a while to replace my aging 2005 Legacy GT. I was eyeing a Crosstrek for over a year and with the killer rates for buying a new car, I couldn't pass up buying one. I made an appointment and stopped by to see Gibran. He was great. The whole experience was like being at an Apple Store. Gibran asked questions to make sure I was getting the car and accessories I needed, and wasn't pushing anything extra on me that I didn't. My wife exclaimed how much different this purchase was than her buying her (other brand) car a few years back. Not only was Gibran helpful, but Devin the sales manager was extremely helpful and informative as well, and Sean the finance manager was wonderful. I'll definitely be buying all of my accessories, service, and future Subarus from this dealership because of how great those three folks were.

They recommended 1,800 in servicing on my 2011 3.6R Outback a few years back; opted to not listen to them, and it's now 2021 and history has confirmed none of that was necessary. Now out of the country, but my preferred dealership for servicing is Hamilton Mountain. It's worth the drive.
