My application was turndown without stating any reasons . My credit score is good at 711 from Equifax , I have full-time job and still working with additional income yet my application was turn down without recourse or offer of any explanation . I had to mail Yardi the company that they used for the evaluation they couldn't offer explanation as well . I truly deserved details of rejection after pulling my credit or should I call this Trump Towers that don't allow colored people for renters in St.catharines

Renting for nearly a year and I really enjoy it. The staff are nice, and I really like the surrounding area the most.
Viewed a apartment here the ad states 925 plus hydro does not say anything about 40 to park and 15 to rent the hot water tank. The ad shows a beautiful unit clean with a balcony. The unit I was shown has no balcony, the carpet was dirty and stained. The entire unit and building smelt like cigarettes. The apartment was in need of cleaning, painting, repairs the toilet wasent even flushed. I am stunned a unit was shown in that condition.
Costumer service in this place is zero and employees are not cooperative and just simple renting an apartment takes for ever .
As a member of \Compassion Niagara\, we used to rent the community room EVERY month. We left the room in excellent condition when we left ( the kitchen was clean, the tables and chairs were all put away and the floors were cleaned). HOWEVER, because we were a group helping medical marijuana patients, they all of a sudden decided that they were no longer going to rent the room to us! I feel that it was VERY discriminatory of them! We are NOT a group that is \dealing drugs \, we are helping people with cancer, fibromyalgia, chronic pain and many other illnesses. They knew who we were when they first rented the room to us many, many months before! I am extremely disappointed with their uneducated and ignorant behavior.
