We were so pleased with this dealership. We have dealt with many. They were not pushy cars sales people. They answered all our questions and worries leaving us informed and confident. Alex was genuine in helping get us the best financing and the car was clean and spotless. Victoria made pick up easy and was super helpful. The only thing we would give for advice is that having gas in the car when going to test drive would be helpful. Could not go far with no gas. But.. I am sure if we spoke up they would have put gas in. We didn't get the car fax with our package but as soon as we emailed... Pierce sent it over right away. The ad said only 1 owner but car fax showed 2. Not that it made a difference because the price and condition of the car was worth it. We 100% would recommend getting a vehicle from here and will be back for our next one. The team are amazing... The building immaculate. They even Offer free coffee... Tea and water while waiting and had a cute little cafe too.

While I’m happy with my vehicle and loving it this review is about my experience at this dealership, went to out of town dealership which offered lower price and couple extras, I was ready to purchase my vehicle from other dealer & I got call back from sales rep from this dealership, I told him exactly price and accessories I was getting from other dealer which he agreed to give me over the phone after talking to his manager. When I went there i specifically mentioned what I wanted & he said yea yea yea he knows he got it all on the paper. When I rec’d car he did not give what they promised in accessories, when I brought to his attention he went to parts, apparently being Saturday manager was not there he said he will Get me correct item on Tuesday. I had to call on Friday just to find out I’ll need to pay 200 TX from my pocket if I wanted what they promised to give me for free which I refused.
Purchased a car there last week. Kevin was so helpful and kind. I was very happy with my experience.The whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I had been to other dealerships in the area and Nissan gave the best customer service by far. Thank you Kevin and Misty for all your help.
My first review showed up as a two star. This was an error and should have been 5. I've always had great service and have purchased numerous vehicles from this dealership.
