I wanted to order a desk bike for improving my work from home setup, and after trying to contact the American manufacturer directly without success, I started looking for a Canadian business to help me out. After much googling, I choose Special Needs because they had the best price in CAD dollars and because Brenda answered my questions clearly and promptly. I ordered the bike through their website and when the site store charged me a few extra bucks for shipping (compared to what I was quoted by email) Brenda quickly helped make sure I was refunded the difference. There were some serious issues with UPS delivering my desk bike (US mail system seems barely functional right now eek) but Brenda and Victoria took the time over the past three weeks(!! Thanks UPS) to help me resolve the situation, at no additional cost to me. They went above and beyond, and made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate their efforts and attention to detail. Thanks again ladies! Would recommend this business to anyone!

hey I wanted to share my experience so that you may think twice about over getting your computer system whether its funding through ADP or personal. first off terry scott completely took advantage of me and my funding and I'm sure that he's done it to many more vulnerable people, it is completely unacceptable , I was always very clear on what my needs were. Yes he will allow you to pay extra to get a better computer then approved for but I want to be clear, he does not care about you or what your needs are he only cares about the money. For example he charged the government for 1100 for the dragon naturally speaking then went in bought me the cheapest version that’s only 150 although he promised me the premium, and then will let you buy the extended warranty for your airpods, but then never purchased the warranty on his end. I’ve tried to come to a resolution but he will never take my phone calls anymore

Brenda did not deal with customers or adversity well. Terry is very polite. There were a few issues with my order (mostly with the supplier) but Terry gave me a full refund and was very apologetic.

She even emailed their supplier then forwarded me photos before special ordering and was kind and knowledgable the whole way through. This is a standard of service you rarely see anymore thank you so much Brenda :)
