My gas water tank wasn't producing hot water. I called for service in the evening and a repairman was here the next afternoon. Bill B. was very polite and respectful. Upon examination he found the issue and needed to go to the warehouse to pick up the required part. He said he'd return in half and hour and he did. Installed the new part, tidied up the area and said I would have hit water in 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I've had people tell me I'm crazy to rent a hot water tank but I think the reverse us true! I'd recommend Reliance to anyone.

Dan and Bill were so amazing and professional. They were here within 3 days of us requesting service online, doing a full install. They laid down a mat and left my floors 100% clean. It was like they weren't even here except the beautiful new furnace and the wonderful central air. I can't even hear it running, unlike the old furnace which never shut up even in summer. Honestly clean air is more important in a home than anything else and I was coughing all last winter. It turns out the furnace had asbestos in it ...so gross. Bill was really nice and personable. Very funny and friendly. Dan was super nice, really patient, more than happy to explain things if we had any questions about what he was doing, and (I don't know if this matters in a review but) super hot! (and probably taken but still). Overall it was a FANTASTIC experience, the monthly price is pretty low for both appliances, and they are top of the line. Gorgeous, and you can run them from your iPad or the digital thermostat. Wish I'd made the switch long ago!
