Generally our go to for pizza. This time it was VERY skimpy on toppings which they resolved by remaking. Two medium pizzas for 40. The picture is chicken, black olives and onions from the first attempt. Second time made as expected. I get concerned about quality control if that's something your staff are not aware of when making the pizza... This required me to drive back and eat alone and not with my family, which was another matter. Please assure your quality is not slipping, as we have been loyal customers for some time and I'd hate for that to change.

We ordered online from Pizza Hut and were really happy with our choices. We chose to order the Create-A-Meal platter because it allowed us to get pizza as well as other options. Everything fit into one box (aside from the chicken pieces) which was much easier to manage. The pizza was tasty, hot, and prepared well. The dough was thick, but not too thick. We had no leftovers of it between the two of us! The add-ons we chose were the chicken pieces (boneless wings), garlic bread sticks, and cinna-parts. Those chicken pieces were to die for! We had them made spicy and wished we had ordered more. The spice level was tolerable which was nice (not too spicy!). The bread sticks were good, not that you really can make a bread stick. Our choice of cinna-parts allowed us to have a mini dessert. They were an excellent option and we devoured them quickly. Definitely worth ordering the Create-A-Meal deal and will be doing the same next time we order.
Burnt pizzas i didn't like the service and my pizzas were all burnt. In every pizza stores they ask which toppings would you like?The lady on front was in a very hurry she didn't bother to ask for toppings to my veggie pizza.
Ordered the all in one Triple Threat Box. Instead of the bread sticks we ordered the wings. I am checking the game laws as we speak to see if it is even allowed to hunt sparrows and cook their wings! I have been eating wings since the 70s , and these were by far the smallest wings I have ever eaten. There were 8 and 4 of them would make up the average wing we normally get at any St. Catharines wing establishment. The pizza was boring and looked like they might be precooked commercial pizza that was reheated. I worked in a pizza place and it is impossible to make each and every pizza identical, as these were. First time in years we bought here, we now remember why. Don't bother!
I haven’t had Pizza Hut for several years. My pizza tonight reminded me why. It was a very disappointing pizza. Not very tasty. Didn’t look like the menu picture. I choose the 10 pizza of the day. It was mostly bread with a very thin topping. I would have been even more disappointed if I had paid the 20 regular price. I’m having difficulty understanding why some pay for this low quality pizza. I’ve had a few pieces, and rest is going in the trash can. To be honest, I enjoy the Lil Caesar’s 6 hot & ready far more than this.
