Osborne Law Group helped us close a deal on a rental property we purchased, and working with them was a clunky experience. Details of our deal were forgotten, surprises came up, and overall the lack of responsiveness and organization was very apparent while working with their team. We also had to drive to their office to FaceTime in our car in the parking lot to close the deal and sign documents. I found this very awkward. We have closed 2 other deals since COVID with other solicitors and this was a first (they did all electronic). Overall, the value is not there and I will not be returning as a repeat client.
