I went to this walk-in this morning due to it being the closest one to me that was \open\ to walk-ins (or at least thats what was listed online). Upon arrival, I was bombarded with countless signs stating that this walk-in is appointment only (contradictory, right?). Hardly seems productive for a walk-in to bother printing 50 signs when they can't be bothered to update their online information. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone for 15 minutes without her mask on and only put it back on just before opening her sliding window, ignoring provincial health guidelines. She then waited an additional 10 minutes to acknowledge me. She then proceeded to inform me that the doctor had not arrived yet. Their clinic opens at 9am and it was 9:30am when I got there. When I asked her how long I would have to wait, she told me she didn't know because the doctor had not bothered to communicate with his staff and she didn't bother to reach out to him. She proceeded to tell me that I could complete registration to then wait an undetermined amount of time in the hopes the doctor wouldn't take an eternity. When I told her I couldn't wait, she seemed entirely unfazed to the situation, offering no solution and unapologetic for their unprofessionalism.

Exceptional staff at the desk and wonderful, friendly doctors. Very efficient, knowledgeable physicians. Clean clinic with loads of parking out front.
Went to this WALK-IN CLINIC, only to find it is not a walk in clinic. They have change their business model to being appointment only without saying anything online. I arrived 30 mins after they opened and asked how long it would take to see a doctor. The receptionist told me the doctor hadn't arrived yet and that she hadn't heard from him or bothered to check in with him to see why he was so unprofessionally late. She immediately offered to start registration as if waiting for a doctor that might show up in a minute or hours wasn't a deal breaker.
Fairly efficient and friendly staff. I have always dealt with very friendly and respectable doctors when I go. The wait time isn't too long, plus you can sign in online if you need to. Only down side is they don't do any tests in house (e.g. urine tests) so they send you off to life labs...
It is located within a mall so there is plenty of parking. I went on a Tue morning and they wait was only 20 mins to get into an examination room. However it took another 20 mins for a doctor to see me. I believe he was Dr. Anton. He was courteous and professional. The walk-in clinic is located within the Medical Centre. There are 6 doctor private practices and a Pharmasave pharmacy also. There is no free WiFi. There is one gender-neutral washroom that is accessible also.
