From the time of first contact, to final installation, Vince provided thorough, knowledgeable, timely and reliable service. Arrived when he said he would for the quotation and again for the install even texting me as to when he would arrive. Vince went above and beyond by tightening up my tower and making sure the install was clean, neat and secure. Watching him work was a pleasure, he has developed techniques of even \policing his brass\ (or in this case copper) Any debris, clippings were dutifully collected and everything was replaced in exact locations if it had to be moved. Vince even took away the old antenna, asking first if I wanted to keep it for the scrap value. Truly high caliber workmanship and attention to detail. I could not recommend Vince highly enough for any satellite/antenna job you may have. If needed I would have him back in a heartbeat.

Vince arrived on time, within a day of my calling, quickly diagnosed the problem with my antenna, and repaired it efficiently. With his pleasant manner, knowledge and expertise, I would recommend him highly.
If you require any type of service that Miele Satellite offers it's worth your time to have Vince look after your needs. He recently adjusted my sat dish and was able to take care of that within a few minutes for me and the rates are more than reasonable. I have been a long time client of Vince's and have sent many friends to him when they've needed his services.
I had a antenna installed. The whole process was fast professional and personal. He made sure I was happy with the channels. Would recommend to anyone. This is the second antenna he has installed for my family.
