7:18pm, Tuesday, February 23.. Woman on the phone was super rude..I get it I messed up and thought they delivered my fault, but she didn't have to hangup on me and be really rude. I honestly just got home from work, and wasn't even thinking, more or less just wanted pizza and little Caesar's is the best. But the woman on the phone was rude..which I didn't expect..nor did I deserve..I work retail too..and in this pandemic going on..ya gotta be a bit nicer..treat people how you want to be treated is the best line..when something like this happens.

Poorly managed store. Employees and service is great but I had to wait 30 minutes for my pizza and it was all burnt. The poor employee was working alone on a very busy evening. They were trying really hard to finish all the orders but what do you really expect from 1 employee trying to do a 3 person job.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas, the 2 types of crazy bread. Let’s start with the pizzas, our medium pizza the pepperoni was burnt but we could deal with it, our second supreme pizza was a disaster, when we went to go pick up our pizza they must have thought it was another pepperoni pizza and just tossed the mushroom, peppers and sausage, I have never had so many toppings before on one pizza. By the time we got home all of those toppings were on the side of the pizza. Overall the pizza was whatever. Now the crazy breads, the person working the front of the house, said our bread was done, good thing we looked because they forgot to put in our other order of crazy bread. We got stuffed and regular crazy bread from this location before and it was much better. The stuffed crazy bread was also burnt and did not have much cheese inside at all which was a let down and the regular crazy bread was just soaked in butter with not much flavour. Overall I spent over 40.00 here and it would have been worth it to order from Pizza Hut which would have been just as expensive but better quality. Also found it strange the crazy bread was in paper home hardware bags..

Ordered their Deep Dish. Always wanted to try a deep dish pizza, and this was the only place I knew of (locally) that makes this style of pizza. We ordered it with extra sauce, but it felt like the normal amount of sauce any other pizza joint puts on. Plus the dough was a little under cooked & the sauce was really bland. It had no taste. At least it didn't taste bad. This was our first & last time ordering from a Little Cesars.

So I think the whole \Hot and Ready\ thing has ended. I haven't been here in a year where the pizzas are hot and ready. I'm always waiting 10minutes. Sucks sometimes when I'm in a hurry with the kids but still a great price for a med pizza.
