This is an update to my previous review.... I'm increasing the star rating because I was happy they way they handled the issue.....here is the detail.... Lincoln Appliance contacted me after I posted my review and they scheduled another technician to resolve my issue. Another technician came and perform all the checks and did find the problem. Unfortunately there was no permanent fix for the noise problem but a remedy worked and the noise is gone. He also replaced the original roller because it was not causing the noise so it wasn't needed to be replaced and I was told that the charges will be refunded for that roller. As I said in my previous review that the staff was very nice. They take their customers and their reputation very seriously... I would highly recommend this company.... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I called them to repair my noisy dryer. The lady attend the phone was very nice and polite. The technician they sent was very nice. No issues on their attitude at all... The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars because the problem was not solved. Technician was guessing if this might be the issue or that might be. He changed the roller I don't know if needed to be replaced at all or not. He told me that it was worn and I'm not a technician so I had to believe him. To my understanding if you are authorized service provider for some particular company then your technician should know by the symptoms or type of noise, what might be the problem. Technician guessed, it might be a roller, then might be the vent blower and now it might be the motor. I don't think all these thing will create same noise and if they do, please let me know. He sold me the roller for 78 dollars, total with everything 247.85 for nothing....problem is still there.... They were nice but they value of money was ZERO because the problem is NOT fixed.

Great service. Had to come back later when lg dishwasher part received. The lady doing the appointments helped me deal with extended warranty department. I wouldn't have known what to do. Same tech came both times which was great.

The service technician fixed the issue our washing machine was having. Knew right away what the issue was. Couldn’t be more happy with Con’s knowledge, and professionalism. When I was booking the appointment, the staff at the office were very kind, and great to speak and deal with. I recommend this place!
