Their decoration is so cute! I can find almost everything that I need and the sales are really helpful too. It’s my new favorite store now!

Per my wife. Terrible service. Rarely open on time. Different prices on the display than the cash register. Staff seems unable or unwilling to help. Never shopping there again and advise others to avoid.

I was here a couple of months ago to find a specific sunscreen I've been looking everywhere for and was really happy to see they carried it. I bought it and brought it home only to discover that it expired last year... The store doesn't do returns, so sucks to be me. I would shop here again, but I would be very careful at looking at the expiry dates.

I was over charged on my debit card by them. They refused to offer me a refund or the ability to speak with a manager, they didn't offer customer service or any help. I had to speak with my bank after transaction. I tried to reach out to customer care which was a number on their paper bags, I only got a random individual who redirected me back to the Niagara store. After dealing with my bank, I recieved a phone call from L'Amour. They told me my bank had taken money from them and refunded me the overcharge plus the items I had purchased that day and that I should come in immediately and pay them back for the items I did buy. My bank had not in fact refunded me anything, which was very strange and a few weeks later I got a claim in the mail that my overcharge was a store credit I had apparently agreed to. I did not agree to anything, did not sign anything, and whether it was a miscommunication or not they've offered me no incentive to return as a customer. Did not apologize, and was asked to come in and pay for items I had not in fact been refunded for. I work in retail. I understand policies. I know that a return is not complex on a debit or credit card esp right away after a mistake was made or a miscommunication. Instead I feel like I'm being asked to return to your store, and will inevitably pay more or less money for the credit on my account. Very peculiar business practices. Hopefully a one time mistake for a new store. It's just unfortunate to lose someone who would have been loyal to you instead of feeling as if I have been taken advantage of.
