i cant express how amazing the team at KIA St.Catharines is. Sam picked me up from work in the car i was interested in let me test drive it to the dealership and had my per-approval done in advance, not only that but because i don't currently have a car they gave me a loaner until I picked up my new car. this Team goes above and beyond I'm thoroughly impressed and will be recommending them in the future! I'm very excited to have my first brand new car and for my first experience with a dealership to be so customer focused and smooth!

Sam sold me my first Kia Forte in 2019 and yesterday I picked up my 2021 Forte GT Limited and it is fabulous. Sam is an exceptional sales manager and he knows his product. He is a very kind and honest person and I am fortunate to have him as a friend. When you walk into the dealership you feel welcome and everyone respects each other. He is a strong leader. I was happy to know that Ernie their finance manager was helping me with my second Forte GT Limited. Ernie is always ready to assist a customer and he goes out of his way to make you feel important. Ernie is a caring, friendly and a outgoing person. I highly recommend that you ask for him to assist you for your next purchase or lease. Ernie knows his profession very well. I just picked my brand new Seltos on Friday and I am thrilled. This car is packed with features and I love it. However, the best part isn't even the car. It's the people who work at Kia of St. Cathartines. I knew the service department was already great as I owned a Kia previously, but Matt at the sales department was simply amazing. He took care of us and I feel that I walked out with a great deal.

Kia St. Catharines has awesome team members. Sam a dealer has a good sense to understand what customers want. He is professional as well as honest. He tried to find the best option for me, and I found a very nice vehicle with a good price. Jino a finance manager was very helpful for me to understand what I have to prepare for. It was clear and correct. Also, his feedback helped me to complete the required paperwork without any mistake in time. I don't want to generalize this to all Kia sales shop in Ontario, but I can strongly recommend \Kia of St. Catharines\ for my friends, colleagues and neighbors.
