This store's service is great! Someone picked up on the second ring. Very helpful. We have called several times with different computer issues and they give whatever help they can via the phone for free. That's customer service!

I called Future Shop to have an automatic starter put in my new Rav4. I talked to employee in the shop who gave me an appointment for 10 a.m. Friday morning. Said on the phone he would need approx. 3 hrs. of time. I came in, gave him my cell number and went shopping. When he called my cell 2 hrs. later, my car was ready. I have had no trouble whatsoever. I thanked him and gave him a 20.00 tip as he went beyond what was required from an employee. He called the manufacturer etc, etc to be able to install the equipment properly. Thank you Future Shop for guys like Mark.
Store is supposed to be open at 10 on Sunday morning.... The outgoing is still telling me it's closed at 10:30??? That's ok, Best Buy was happy to help
The "Geek Squad" at this store is horrible for customer service. I have warranty on my wife's IPhone and the battery is horrible. He said he could replace the battery but couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't break the screen, which would cost me 200 to replace. Its the tall male ginger if you get him ask to talk to someone else. There is a fine line between making money for the store and stealing from customers so you can get more commission. Not the first terrible encounter I have had at this store. This store is HORRIBLE!!!!!! and this guy is a prick

Never had any problem with purchases, sales staff helpful ,,,no complaints here.
I tried to phone and inquire about a product I was supposed to pick up. No-one available and the phone answering system directs one to a number which is not in service. In my experience it looks like phone customer service for this location is non-existent.
Can never find anyone to ask questions, and have called 4 times this week and no one has answered the phone. Hate writing nasty reviews, but very dissatisfied with the customer service and will take my business elsewhere unfortunately.
