Just another MIDDLE- MAN type business. Extremely LONG WAIT TIME from measuring to the install. Ended up with sub- contractors who's concern was to finish the job as QUICK as they could and get out. POOR finishing, example- caulk around windows needed to be re-done before paint, forgotten handle and rip in new screen. I would not recommend to my friends or family. Next time I will go directly to a company who both manufactures and install the windows. Couple places are A.C Vinyl or Pollard Windows. Couple other great companies, Welland Glass, Low's Glass or Niagara Glass

Although we are only half way through our experience with Fleming Windows, we want to share the positive to this point. In light of COVID, the salesman Wayne, has been extremely responsive and efficient in providing us with estimates during this challenging time. We used Fleming about 8 years ago to replace several windows but having purchased a new home that requires full window replacement, we couldn't be happier with the service and placed our order today. Prices were also excellent! Will provide another review after install a few months down the road. Update: windows are now installed and look fantastic! We have had so many compliments on the Terra Bronze painted windows. Great quality, excellent install by Jacob and Isaac. Couldn't be happier. Life time warranty of the KV Custom windows provides peace of mind! Posting a before and after photo.
I was very pleased with the professionalism that Wayne showed when he quoted my windows. Very nice man and was pleasant the whole time. He made it easy to decide to get my windows from Fleming Windows !! I now have my windows installed by Jacob who did a fantastic job and was a non-stop worker. He was very professional and my windows look terrific !! Thank you Jacob for a job well done !!!
