Have had Duraroc rubber surface installed over 5 years ago to cover a pitted concrete patio slab, and still get so many compliments on it. Recently had it hot pressure washed and top coat treated and it's back to brand new. Bridget provides excellent and timely hands-on customer service and knows her product well.

The Concrete deck around our pool and patio was cracked, uneven and worn looking. The transformation to a new rubber deck was absolutely amazing. Our backyard now looks like something right out of a magazine. Great investment and huge improvement for our backyard. We recently had Duraroc coat our old cracked and uneven concrete surrounding our pool. They also did the coping around the top of the pool using a darker color than the concrete. It looks amazing and is way may comfortable to walk on. It looks like a new pool! Troy and Brigette were very easy to deal with and very informative as we were painting our concrete pool as well. They texted me back almost immediately whenever I messaged them. I would highly recommend them.

We have had our concrete pool deck resurfaced by Duraroc of St Catharines, and we are delighted with the result. Following an estimate of the job in the fall of 2019, Bridget and Troy were in regular contact during the coronavirus shutdown in the spring to book a date for installation in early June 2020. The old concrete surface was roughed up using a machine, and the troweling of the rubber compound finished by 2 pm. The crew was well organized, hard working and tidy. They cleaned up the larger particles from the pool bottom, and there was only a small vacuuming job left. A week or so later I phoned to mention a few minor trowel marks that could be smoothed over, and within a week Bridget and Troy came over and patched up these spots. We love the look and feel of the deck, which transforms our backyard from tired and worn to spectacular. It is totally non-slip, low maintenance and durable. There are several colour choices, and we are happy with the tri-colour mix. We are happy to recommend Duraroc.
