I can't thank Dr Robichaud and his team enough for such a smooth experience with my rhinoplasty. Dr Robichaud took his time during the consultation to fully explain everything and listen to my concerns. I've had a couple different consultations with other doctors but I felt very confident with Dr Robichaud. His whole team is always so welcoming and answers any questions I have. The office is beautiful, well kept and very clean. I would recommend Niagara Rhinoplasty to anyone. Thank you so much for everything

A big thank you to the team at Niagara Rhinoplasty. The staff were courteous, prompt and polite. Dr. Robichaud is knowledgeable, attentive and provided me with great information. I am very grateful for his clinical skills and his keen eye. He did an amazing job on my nose and I couldn't be happier! The incision healed very well, the scar is invisible to the naked eye and my nose looks like a million dollars.
The staff and Dr Robichaud were terrific throughout the entire process of my sinus surgery. They were very attentive and informative. I would highly recommend them
My older daughter was 6 months old when I discovered her lip and tongue ties. We did not know at the time that Dr. Robichaud did lip and tongue tie releases so we went out of town to have the procedure done. Unfortunately, it was an awful experience for both my baby and my family. My daughter was left with a lot of scar tissue build up/damage upon \healing\ from this procedure. I just recently gave birth to another baby who was born with both lip and tongue ties. We went directly to Dr. Robichaud this time who released both ties within seconds. My less than one week baby was eating normally right after and didn't show any signs of distress. I can't believe how different of a experience we had this time. I thank Dr. Robichaud for his professionalism. He is precise and knowledgeable and we couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you to the secretary as well, who was so lovely and understanding and ensured we got in to see Dr. Robichaud immediately (as I couldn't breastfeed my baby because of the ties).
My surgery for a deviated septum took place on a Thursday, by Saturday I had concerns, so I emailed the doc, he responded in an hour !! The following weekend was a long weekend and on Saturday at 9pm I had some major concerns about swelling/infection. The doc returned my email within a half hour !!!! On A LONG WEEKEND ! He had me send video/pics of my nose and decided , by 10pm to have me come see him on THE 1ST DAY after the LONG WEEKEND !! He scheduled me for 2 pm on the Tuesday, I cannot say enough about how great this man has made my experience! Any questions or concerns are taken serious and in a very orderly manner. Thanks Dr Robichaud and staff !!! You ROCK Doc !
