We've been having a little trouble with our pizza/wing orders from Bugsy's as of late. Twice the pizza's were overcooked and once the wrong toppings were added. A manager offered replacement pizza's at the time but we declined. We weren't after a free pizza, we only wanted to let them know so that it could be corrected in the future. However, we feel that 3 strikes and you're out. We would now like to take advantage of the free pizza offer made by a manager. We have been loyal customers at Bugsy's for years now and will continue to be, but we feel that we should receive a free pizza for our troubles. We would love to speak with the owner if possible. Thank you.

Best Wings in St Catharines. Polite staff and friendly casual place. Lots of tvs to watch all your sports.
Always love the food. Had to wait for a pizza to \finish cooking\ while I had the rest of my order at the door with me cooling. Besides that one time...I'm never disappointed. Great food. Great selection.
Good service. Good beer. Only one small issue. I understand the need for social distance and outside seating. My table was right next to the parking lot , not a big deal, but without any barriers around it there is no stopping the general public from just walking right beside you.
This place was recommended by some friends at work. We went on Saturday and had the rib special.the ribs were excellent and so were the fries. We also had chicken wings and they were ok. Small and almost all flats. The service was good. We will give them another try as the pizza looked really good.
