A chain with a not-so-chain appeal. Arrived 15 minutes to closing and was basically denied. Had to eat outside on (Starbucks) patio. Weren’t very accommodating.

I enjoyed a pulled pork burrito tonight and overall it was very good. My only complaint is that the burrito is a tad messy for my liking I wish it had been a little crispier as it was dripping wet. The store was nice and clean and the staff members were wonderful. My experience overall was better than average and I would return. I feel the size of the burrito you get for the price is fair as I am definitely full. Everyone has different opinions on how food should be but if you are into Mexican food I think you won't be disappointed with the menu selection. Thank you Barburrito for a great lunch!
This is my favorite place to get lunch. Myself and multiple co workers from my office get lunch from here a few times a week. There is one worker who makes the experience here terrible. When I see her working it makes me not want to get my lunch any more and go elsewhere in the plaza or if I do stay I hope anyone else working is the one to make our multiple orders. Her customer service is terrible, she is rude and not personable at all. She makes the bowl terribly, doesn't respond to your questions and curses while doing it. You are lucky if you get greeted at all bye her. I know it is under new ownership, everyone else has been exceptional, but there is one worker who ruins this lunch spot completely, which is disappointing. I hope something can be done to not ruin this lunch spot for me and the 5 others at my office who love getting bowls from here.
