The Apsis team provides outstanding customer service! I recently received a message from their tech that my modem was acting up. A solution was provided to rectify the situation. I have never had a service provider contact me proactively to alert me to their problem. That is service unparalleled. My neighbour is in the process of moving to Apsis. The monthly bill goes from 157. to 73. with far better speed. Thanks Apsis!
I have had Apsis Internet for 4 months now and it is great. My speeds are always what I am supposed to be getting whenever I check, no throttling back. It has worked great from the start and they have the best prices around.
In my opinion , Apsis Communications is the best service available, If you want the best bang from your buck ,this is without a doubt your best option. The service and quality of the products you receive is in my opinion top notch. The people you deal with speak english so you will never get a person that lives in some third world country that can't speak your language or doesn't live in or around your province . I will never deal with Cogeco or Bell because they use third world customer service just to save a buck . Im sorry but if your a Canadian company dealing with Canadians you should only have Canadian employees and customer service that actually live in or around the province.
From beginning to end staff could not have been more helpful, understanding and compassionate. They were a breath of fresh air especially after dealing with a popular service provider who did absolutely nothing but give me a fierce migraine and after 2 months I am still trying to get my 300.00 deposit back.
