This facility is very family oriented, and has fitness options for people of all abilities. Their pivot release benches and shoulder press machines make these movements easier in terms of unracking, and this is one of the only places that has this. Their platform and Olympic weightlifting equipment is locked up and you need a quick assessment to be cleared to use these, but other than that this place is smooth.
With Covid their staff takes precautions to make sure everyone is safe and they make sure the limit in the pool allows for plenty of distancing. This is a great place to take the wife and kids of any ages. My 7 month old loved the warmth of their baby pool and the older kids enjoyed the lazy river and the other pools as well as the slides. Would definitely recommend this as an outing just make sure to book ahead of time so you have a secured slot ans so you know what to expect when you arrive
Great visit today. I use the gym every day and with the additional space since the pandemic started social distancing is quite easy. The staff are very diligent with the cleaning protocols so I do feel quite safe when I visit.
I've enjoyed a swimming pool and two saunas here. Highly recommend this place
