Great staff! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly staff. Ultrasound/Mammogram staff put me at ease...with a great sense of humour. As well as very professional!

Precautions were taken even before entering the building to ensure my safety and that of others. Was phoned while in the parking lot to ask me Covid related questions before I was asked to enter the building. I appreciated this. Staff was very friendly and technicians explained in detail what was going to happen. Great experience!

Excellent new imaging place in St.Albert. Handicap parking is excellent! Lorraine is excellent at completing mammograms. It is quick, painless,having Lorraine, with experience and helps out above and beyond to ensure comfortable with disability!! Covid regulations were excellent, wait in car until they call you!!

I would never give any one a one star if not for the Stress and uncomfortableness I have gone through at this place . Booked for a pelvic exam at 8.30 Monday morning and came all the way from Edmonton , they sent me instructions and I followed them step by step . Entered In to the facility with full bladder as that’s the requirement for exam , I was made to wait 40 mins before some one took me in to the room . It was the most stressful time ever as I was not able to hold any longer and was stressed out . I have had pelvic exams before and was always either on time or 5-10 mins late . If it was not for this pelvic ultrasound , I don’t mind waiting even an hour . I was left very very disappointed.
