If you try and run a small business... go to another bank!!!!!! The Squamish branch is not consistent and people NEED consistency and loyalty. Unfortunately you will not find decent customer service at this location. So many banks to choose from....we have our mortgages with CIBC and lines of credit with Royle Bank... both excellent I have been with TD for 30 plus years....time to make a change!!!!

I tried to open business saving account over the phone 2 weeks ago. Wasted 2 hours but nothing was open. They had some BS technical issues. Promised to call me back but never did. So I called myself and booked physical appointment in local branch. Today I supposed to get a notification about 11am appointment which I've never received. I was 15 min late. She had another appointment in 45 min but they offered me to reschedule it for another day. I pay 2700/year for business in fees to this institution which don't respect clients time! 20k business credit card for company with 1.6 mil revenue splited for 3 ppl? Seriously? After 10 years dealing with your bank? Going to spend today looking for a better place for my banking needs.э
Well, at least you get an idea of sitting in professional chair without ridiculous blue hatted man cartoon and ballooned penguins running around.
Had a great experience at this branch, was assisted by Erin who was very professional and helpful.
Financial advice was basic, buy RSP's or mutual funds. No savings strategies , no saving plan plan nor relevant ideas. I was told to use an app!
