Yulin and Ivan are the best hosts I have ever had in a hostel. This is not a hostel, this is a home. It's clean, quiet and the free breakfast is incredible. I definitely recommend staying here as a backpacker or as someone interested in minimalism.

Small, very clean and friendly hostel but no cooking privileges. However, delicious meals will be prepared for you for only 7! We were very impressed that they offered vegan cuisine. Has nice yard and places to sit outside. We also participated in a Zen Buddhist meditation, for which there is a peaceful meditation room! My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much - would highly recommend!
Warm and welcoming hosts. Clean and super cosy. Would always stay again. Nice spacious rooms and close to town. Good energi and karma all around.
Cozy and clean, with a shared washroom and free toiletries. Meditation room for quiet moments and yoga. Free breakfast of an egg, toasted bun with jam and fruit, with coffee or tea. Walking distance to several pubs and downtown shopping in Squamish. Short drive to outdoor climbing areas.
If you want to make your Canada trip perfect you mustn't miss Ivan's Oasis Hostel in Squamish. It's a beautiful place, and Ivan is a great cook, and wonderful host. It never get's boring listening to his stories and interesting ideas while having dinner. Besides, he can give you a lot of information where to find nice trails, and scenic places all around Squamish. There could have been no better ending for my trip than staying in Squamish at the Oasis Hostel....Enjoy!
Not enough room. Host is kind though..
Small but cosy place, well located. The host is very friendly and will prepare breakfast for you (you cannot use the kitchen). Ask for the secret patio, perfect to enjoy a beer under the stars in the summer! Could have 5 stars if the mattress was more comfortable (pretty thin)
