Overall, the staff are quite lovely, however, I won't be going back. I was in getting my hair dyed and cut (just a healthy trim as I haven't had a cut in a while) and they dyed my hair, styled it and then trimmed \the ends that didn't curl nicely.\ I was charged for a full hair cut and had only my bottom layer trimmed. After going home, unsure because maybe that's all that needed a trim, my boyfriend noticed that I still had a tonne of dead/split ends that were missed. It feels like they styled my hair and forgot that I also wanted a cut, so they tried to rush it. I'm not happy about paying for a cut that wasn't actually a cut. The dye turned out lovely, but for the price I paid for all of it, it just isn't worth it.

I got two cartilage piercings from Samantha. She was so sweet and did such a nice job!! I have been there a few times for piercings and love it! I would definitely recommend.
50 for a simple men's cut that wasn't symmetrical. Couldn't even fix it, heading home now to sort it out with my own clippers... this is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
Samantha did an amazing job colouring, highlighting and toning my fine blonde hair. She is lovely, down to earth and really talented! My cut and style looked great too, she knew exactly how to make it look full and beautiful. Thanks Samantha! I'll definitely be back!
