I was shopping for a watch and Madision helped me as soon as I walked in the door she even went above and beyond to ask for different stock in the back stock room, Dave arrived with the watch I was looking for and I asked if they price matched and he said yes. I googled the model and it was on sale with a competitor which they matched easily. I was very happy with the service I received at this location highly qualified staff there, that know there product and care about the customers wants. I highly recommend this Store Great friendly knowledgeable staff. The managers should be proud of there team and themselves.

Sportscheck stores are Canadian tire subsidiary, so is Mark's work warehouse. They are bigger and wide selection of stuff and that's why there products are higher in prices ans expensive, as they have monoply and not much competition. Everything was on above normal prices, but good selection. Good location as its in Boardwalk mall.
It wasn't busy so presumably staff had time to tidy the inventory yet there were lots of items hanging over racks, on the floor, .. racks were way over stuffed. It was tough to find the line of coats I had investigated online and trying to find a size was impossible because there appeared to be no order to the product placement. I did end up finding and buying a coat (never did find the one I was looking for although website said they had it in stock) but not a single staff member said hello never mind an offer of help (perhaps COVID related?). To be fair, I could have sought someone out but didn't. I'll make the drive to another location next time.
The staff was very helpful helping me with my purchase. They acknowledged me and said \ let us know if you need help with anything\. They were there when I had a question ... very pleased with service and purchase.
