Went diamond shopping with my husband, he is replacing my stone for Christmas. We were helped by John at the Langley location. John was super knowledgable, very friendly, and not a pushy salesperson. He was patient as I looked at many styles, and finally helped us purchase a gorgeous 1 carat center stone at a great price. He even recommended a wonderful local jeweler who replaced the stone right away for a very reasonable price. I'm not seeing my new ring until Christmas, but my daughter says it's spectacular! Many thanks to John and Spence Diamonds, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a diamond. EDIT: I will come in to show off my gorgeous ring plus get it cleaned, thank you

My husband bought my original engagement ring from Spence in 2004. Spence has a policy where you can either trade in your original solitaire or have it set in a new design. Jasmina greeted us at the door and helped us browse the many rings in store. I couldn't find the setting I was hoping to find. I described my idea to Jasmina, who went to the back room and came out with exactly what I wanted—amazing! She gave us lots of options for the upgraded setting. I have a nickel allergy so Jasmina called the design studio and found out the goldsmiths offer nickel-free 19K gold—a more affordable alternative to the platinum I've been wearing for the past 13 years! Jasmina outlined the breakdown of the price and ensured everything was to our satisfaction before ordering. I love that I can still wear my original solitaire in a new setting. When the ring arrived it was the wrong size. Jasmina personally made sure the ring was re-sized and back to the store as soon as possible. We were thrilled with our experience and highly recommend Jasmina and the entire Spence team for your special purchase.
