A museum should have accurate facts, this one does NOT. Information is NOT correct on some subjects, and when this is brought to their attention, they do NOT care!

This is a great place to go if you'd like to learn about the history of Bruce County. They have an entire section devoted to artifacts and findings and historical information about the discovery of areas in the Bruce and how we have developed as a county since its discovery. They also have great programs for kids (field trips, in-class visits, camps, and PD day actives). It's definitely worth a drop in.

The museum is a great place to spend an afternoon! There are a multitude of displays and there is always something new! They offer great learning experiences for children! ECO Explorers being one of them! The museum also houses the Bruce County Archives! You can use this awesome center to research your property and lineage of your home! Past owners and some have photos! All in all an excellent experience!

My toddler and I love all the kids programming the museum puts on. We have done a full 6 week session of Museum Munchkins and the winter sessions of play. The winter break movies and activities were great too. They are really making the museum interesting for younger people to want to go. Very much worth a yearly membership and will definitely going to be renewing!

They've accomplished and are continuously creating amazing things despite COVID-19 restrictions in place.
