The Battery on my wife's laptop died some time ago, we've been depending on the power plug-in (which renders the transportability of a laptop to somewhere around useless!) and after contacting the retailer, the manufacturer, and trying to source several online battery shops Source I.T. Inc. came through for me! Their customer service was fast, courteous and professional. The online payment system was simple, the item was affordable, and the shipping went out without a hitch! And to top it off they sent a complimentary phone charger brick which has helped me immensely at my own place of work...
