I went to Western Coast Insurance to transfer my license and vehicles after moving to BC. The staff were very snarky and not friendly with me. I don't know if covid is stressing them out but they are being very confrontational.

Very efficient and friendly staff. I waited only about a minute before being assisted (Wednesday around 10am). Sarah was knowledgeable and made changing my out of province licence and health card a breeze. Sarah was training a new staff member who was also friendly and seemed keen to help. I recommend this branch. Well worth the drive from Colwood for services.
